No — we bring all our own professional-grade cleaning products and equipment. If you have specific products you’d like us to use, just let us know in advance.

How do I book a service?
You can book online through our website, call us directly, or send us a message. We’ll confirm your booking and send you a reminder before your scheduled clean.

Do you offer recurring cleaning?
Yes! We offer weekly, fortnightly, or monthly cleaning schedules, as well as one-off deep cleans and end-of-lease cleans. Regular clients enjoy consistent, reliable service and peace of mind.

What areas do you service?
We’re based in Mango Hill and service the surrounding suburbs. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to confirm.

How does payment work?
Payment is due on the day of service. We accept bank transfer and most major payment methods. For long-term services like air purifier hire, a bond and advance payment apply.

Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Many of our clients provide access before the clean (such as a key, code, or lockbox). We’ll securely lock up when we’re finished if you’re not home.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
We understand things change! Please give us at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations may incur a small fee
